Evolve Beauty products are carefully handmade, ethically and sustainably produced in small batches at an eco studio in Hertfordshire. Each product has the name of the person who made it printed on the packaging. Evolve pride themselves on using uplifting scents, delicious textures and effective results. Their products are vegan and cruelty-free. They also strive to be as natural and organic as possible; all products are at least 98% natural and percentages are detailed on each item, so they are completely trasparent.
Ingredients
Every ingredient is thoroughly screened to check its clean, eco and ethical credentials, and are bought as locally as possible. Any active ingredients that do have to be shipped from further afield are purchased in powder form to ensure excess water isn’t transported; only the core ingredient itself. All ingredients are fair trade. Evolve beauty products are also free from microbeads.
Packaging
Their glass bottles are made from fully recyclable glass. For anything plastic, 75% to 100% recycled PET plastic is used. Every piece of card and paper (from packaging to marketing materials) is Forest Sustainability Certified. Cartons are made from Cairn Eco Kraft; a 100% recycled paper and board material. Labels and packaging are printed using non-toxic soy and vegetable-based inks.
